Ajrakh

Originating in Sindh and Gujarat, Ajrakh is a complex block printing technique known for its
geometric patterns and natural dyes. The process involves multiple stages of printing and
dyeing, resulting in richly layered designs. Ajrakh represents a harmonious blend of artistry and
sustainability, with each piece telling a story of cultural heritage.

To preserve the beauty of Farm Loom’s handcrafted products:

Wash gently in cool water (30°C/86°F) using mild, pH-neutral detergent.
Hand wash or use a delicate cycle; avoid harsh detergents and bleach.
Warm Iron; Iron on the reverse side with low to medium heat.
Wash separately, especially for the first few washes.
Air dry in shade or use low heat if machine drying.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
For delicate items, consider professional dry cleaning.

Remember, Colour bleeding is normal in naturally dyed garments in the initial washes after which the colours stabilize and slight colour variations over time are a natural characteristic of these unique garments. With proper care, your Farm Loom pieces will continue to tell their story for years to come.
