Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve
the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may
result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase,
inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the
product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We
will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required
to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount
will be reversed back in your Card Account.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE USER
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order
cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and
the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the amount.
A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 2 (two)
hours of making the order on the Platform. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been
processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 2 (two) hours from
making the order. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The
User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the
cancellation.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We make all commercial and reasonable endeavours to ensure that Products are delivered to the
Users in a timely fashion. Users are required to peruse and understand the terms contained herein. If
you do not agree then you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and the Shipping and Delivery
Policy and may abstain from using the Platform. The terms contained in this Shipping and Delivery
Policy shall be accepted without modification and accordingly, you agree to be bound by the terms
contained herein.
Some of our products are made-to-order, while all others are made in small batches. Delivery
time will vary from product to product and cannot be guaranteed. Kindly note that we aim to
dispatch in stock products within 48 hours from the time of placing of order. An indicative time
period for delivery is approximately 6 to 7 business days from the date of placing the order. If the product is made to order or requires customisation, then it may take up to 15 to 20
business days from the date of the order for delivery.
Shipment within India is non chargeable. A delivery charges will be applicable for the orders
outside India. This charges will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
Users are to provide complete street address along with their pin code details at the time of
placing the purchase order.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of
dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third party delivery agencies and/or
due to time required for statutory clearances during the delivery process.
In case you book multiple products and services in one transaction, efforts will be made to
ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible. Furthermore, we process
to only one shipping address per order, therefore, in case, any customer places an order of
several items to be shipped to different address(es), each address shall be treated as a
separate order.
We do not ship to Post Office Box address(es) and do not take any responsibility for non-
delivery of orders in case an order is delivered to P. O. Box and not received by the customer.
We aim to keep stock of all products listed on our website. In case you have made payment
for a product that is unavailable or would take longer to deliver then, we will make proactive
attempts to communicate the User about the delay, within 2 to 3 working days, on his/her
registered mobile number or email address.
Further, we may at times be unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) to you and the reason for the
same could be inclusive of but not limited to the following:
unavailability of the relevant product;
poor/improper/defective quality of the relevant product ascertained through our quality audit
process; and
inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
In the event of any circumstance(s) as aforementioned; you shall not be entitled to any damages or
monetary compensation. In the event we are unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) as mentioned
herein above and the payment for such order(s) has been made by you through your credit/debit card,
the amount paid by you while placing the order(s) on the Site will be reversed back in your card
account.
RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there
may be occasions where you need to return, exchange, or seek a refund for your order. This policy outlines
the procedures and conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
All made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.
All products on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order. After
this period, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
All items returned or exchanged must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and
with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be
eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
To process a return, exchange, or refund, you must provide proof of purchase, such as the
order confirmation email or receipt.
Exchange process: Products are eligible for an exchange related to the sizing issue, a
defect or error on our part.
Step 2: Product pick up will be arranged by us using a reliable courier service. Please
ensure that the item is securely packaged.
Step 3: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm that it
meets the exchange criteria.
Step 4: Once approved, the new item will be delivered.
For exchanges, the customer is responsible to make sure the item is in original condition with
all the tags before handing over to the delivery partner.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, you may opt
for a different item of equal value or receive a credit note to shop other items on the website
valid up to 6 months.
Return process: Items may be returned if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All returns must
be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order. Items that are not returned within this period
or do not meet the return criteria will not be accepted.

Step 2: we will arrange for the pickup of the product at no cost to you and bear all
costs associated with the return. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged with
all the original tags.
Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the item, a credit note will be issued within 7-10
business days.
Please note that refunds are only issued only if the wrong product was delivered or the
product delivered was defective or damaged upon arrival. In all other cases, please note that
no refunds will be issued in case of returns. Instead, a credit note will be issued for returns.
The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. It can be used for future
purchases on our platform. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If you receive a faulty or defective product, we will arrange for the pickup of the defective product
at no cost to you and bear all costs associated with the return and delivery of the replacement
item.
If a product is returned for reasons other than defects or delivery errors, we will arrange for a
pick-up of the product at no cost to you.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for returns, exchanges, credit
note or refunds under any circumstances.
Custom-made or personalised items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

in our operations or legal requirements. The most current version will always be available on
