We make all commercial and reasonable endeavours to ensure that Products are delivered to the\nUsers in a timely fashion. Users are required to peruse and understand the terms contained herein. If\nyou do not agree then you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and the Shipping and Delivery\nPolicy and may abstain from using the Platform. The terms contained in this Shipping and Delivery\nPolicy shall be accepted without modification and accordingly, you agree to be bound by the terms\ncontained herein.<\/p>\n\n

  1. Some of our products are made-to-order, while all others are made in small batches. Delivery\ntime will vary from product to product and cannot be guaranteed. Kindly note that we aim to\ndispatch in stock products within 48 hours from the time of placing of order. An indicative time\nperiod for delivery is approximately 6 to 7 business days from the date of placing the order. If\nthe product is made to order or requires customisation, then it may take up to 15 to 20\nbusiness days from the date of the order for delivery.<\/li>\n \t
  2. Shipment within India is non chargeable. A delivery charges will be applicable for the orders\noutside India. This charges will be shared via email or WhatsApp.<\/li>\n \t

  4. Users are to provide complete street address along with their pin code details at the time of\nplacing the purchase order.<\/li>\n \t
  5. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of\ndispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third party delivery agencies and\/or\ndue to time required for statutory clearances during the delivery process.<\/li>\n \t
  6. In case you book multiple products and services in one transaction, efforts will be made to\nship all products together. However, this may not always be possible. Furthermore, we process\nto only one shipping address per order, therefore, in case, any customer places an order of\nseveral items to be shipped to different address(es), each address shall be treated as a\nseparate order.<\/li>\n \t
  7. We do not ship to Post Office Box address(es) and do not take any responsibility for non-\ndelivery of orders in case an order is delivered to P. O. Box and not received by the customer.<\/li>\n \t
  8. We aim to keep stock of all products listed on our website. In case you have made payment\nfor a product that is unavailable or would take longer to deliver then, we will make proactive\nattempts to communicate the User about the delay, within 2 to 3 working days, on his\/her\nregistered mobile number or email address.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Further, we may at times be unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) to you and the reason for the\nsame could be inclusive of but not limited to the following:<\/p>\n\n

      In the event of any circumstance(s) as aforementioned; you shall not be entitled to any damages or\nmonetary compensation.
