We reserve<br \/>the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may<br \/>result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase,<br \/>inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the<br \/>product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We<br \/>will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required<br \/>to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount<br \/>will be reversed back in your Card Account.<\/p><p class=\"heading\"><strong>CANCELLATIONS BY THE USER<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"subheading\">In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order<br \/>cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and<br \/>the order has not been processed \/ approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the amount.<br \/>A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 2 (two)<br \/>hours of making the order on the Platform. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been<br \/>processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 2 (two) hours from<br \/>making the order. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The<br \/>User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the<br \/>cancellation.<\/p><p class=\"heading\"><strong>SHIPPING AND DELIVERY<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"subheading\">We make all commercial and reasonable endeavours to ensure that Products are delivered to the<br \/>Users in a timely fashion. Users are required to peruse and understand the terms contained herein. If<br \/>you do not agree then you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and the Shipping and Delivery<br \/>Policy and may abstain from using the Platform. The terms contained in this Shipping and Delivery<br \/>Policy shall be accepted without modification and accordingly, you agree to be bound by the terms<br \/>contained herein.<\/p><ol><li class=\"subheading\">Some of our products are made-to-order, while all others are made in small batches. Delivery<br \/>time will vary from product to product and cannot be guaranteed. Kindly note that we aim to<br \/>dispatch in stock products within 48 hours from the time of placing of order. An indicative time<br \/>period for delivery is approximately 6 to 7 business days from the date of placing the order. If the product is made to order or requires customisation, then it may take up to 15 to 20<br \/>business days from the date of the order for delivery.<\/li><li class=\"subheading\">Shipment within India is non chargeable. A delivery charges will be applicable for the orders<br \/>outside India. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third party delivery agencies and\/or<br \/>due to time required for statutory clearances during the delivery process.<\/li><li class=\"subheading\">In case you book multiple products and services in one transaction, efforts will be made to<br \/>ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible. Furthermore, we process<br \/>to only one shipping address per order, therefore, in case, any customer places an order of<br \/>several items to be shipped to different address(es), each address shall be treated as a<br \/>separate order.<\/li><li class=\"subheading\">We do not ship to Post Office Box address(es) and do not take any responsibility for non-<br \/>delivery of orders in case an order is delivered to P. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged with<br \/>all the original tags.<\/li><li class=\"subheading\">Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the item, a credit note will be issued within 7-10<br \/>business days.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li class=\"subheading\">Please note that refunds are only issued only if the wrong product was delivered or the<br \/>product delivered was defective or damaged upon arrival. In all other cases, please note that<br \/>no refunds will be issued in case of returns. Instead, a credit note will be issued for returns.<br \/>The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. It can be used for future<br \/>purchases on our platform.
